Draher - Pautz This scholarship is awarded each Spring to several students enrolled in the Nursing program at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Nursing students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher to be eligible for the scholarship. Applications usually become available in February or March prior to the award being announced. The scholarship is awarded to assist members that need help with contnuing education such as national meetings, conferences and the like.
